What's the History of Animal OutfittersAnimal Outfitters was started in 1997 by Cathy Elmer, a State-Certified Veterinary Technician. She wanted to open a store where people could find the same high quality, unique items that she was constantly looking for her own Golden Retrievers. Although it has been an up-hill battle at times, Cathy is fulfilling this dream, and although it is not a huge financial success, she gets a great amount of satisfaction interacting with fellow pet lovers, and making her customers' day by finding the perfect product for the perfect (well....almost perfect) pet. Where is Animal Outfitters?We are located at 661 S. Military Road, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Fond du Lac, is located approximately 60 miles from Milwaukee, Green Bay, Madison, and Sheboygan. From Milwaukee, take US 41 North to Hwy 151 (Military Road). Go 1/2 mile East on Military. From Green Bay, take US 41 South to Hwy 151 (Military Road). Go 1/2 mile East on Military. From Madison, take Hwy 151 East to Fond du Lac. After you go over US 41, 151 becomes Military Road. We are 1/2 mile East of the 151/41 interchange (next to McDonalds). From Sheboygan, take Hwy 23 West to Fond du Lac. Once in town, turn Left (North) at the stoplight on Park Avenue. Follow Park to 9th Street. Take a Right on 9th until you hit Military (this is a "T" intersection, so you can't go straight). Turn left on Military, and we are 1/2 mile up on the left (next to McDonalds). Back to Top
What About Shipping & Shipping ChargesWe ship most small items via US Postal Service, and the charge is $3.00. For bigger items, we us UPS, and the charge is $5.00. If you would like items shipped a different way, we will only charge you for the actual shipping charges. We do not have a handling fee. Back to Top
What is your Return Policy?We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase from Animal Outfitters. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, ship the item back to us, and we will refund the entire purchase price. Back to Top
